#974: Monkey Smoothie


Here's another quick, healthy breakfast smoothie that you can pretty much put together the night before and just whip up in the morning.  I threw everything except the frozen bananas into the blender last night and then just added the bananas this morning.  This is quite delicious.  I don't know how it couldn't be though with almond butter in it.  This is a keeper in my book!

8 oz of unsweetened coconut/or almond milk
2 tbsp
Almond/or some other nut butter
1 tsp of raw honey
1 1/2 tbsp of cocoa powder
1 (frozen) bananas

1 tsp of vanilla


Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend. If using frozen bananas then you may not need any ice cubes. If you are using unfrozen bananas, then throw in 5-8 ice cubes.
