Not sure where the "puff" part of this smoothie name comes from, but maybe the original author was going for a play on words. Regardless this is ridiculously easy to make and is a great way to use up leftover fresh, seasonal fruits.
We went strawberry picking with our kids today so it was the perfect recipe to use up some of the very ripe berries.
The original website does not give amounts for the berries and that's the way I like my recipes!
1- 2 cups amond milk
handful frozen blueberrieshandful frozen strawberries
handful walnuts
agave to taste (I used a tiny amount of honey)
bit of lemon juice
Throw all of the ingredients in a blender and combine.
