#960: Lime Crema (topping for tacos)


Technically, this should go WITH the shredded beef taco recipe, but I think that was 2 recipes in one so I split them up.  So if you are looking for something to eat this dip/cream with then make some tacos. 

This is a good, different spin on just adding sour cream to your taco.  I will definitely make this again.

1 cup nonfat plain yogurt
¼ cup milk
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. minced cilantro
2 Tbsp. lime juice
½ tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl. Mix together and chill, at least 1 hour and up to overnight.
