#953: Creamy Peanut Butter Dip


I made this for the girls and I to eat for breakfast, with lunch or as a snack.  I love peanut butter.  I can eat it every day straight out of the jar (I don't, but I could!).  So this recipe definitely caught my attention. 

This is good stuff.  Honestly, it's good as a dip, or eaten as is.  Yum!


5.3-ounce container of nonfat Greek Vanilla yogurt
two tbsp. peanut butter
1/2 tbsp. honey
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Combine all ingredients and serve with cut up fruit.  Resist the urge to eat it all with a spoon. Store in fridge.
