#827: Pomegranate Banana Smoothie


The recipe below claims to serve 3.  Personally, this makes a great breakfast smoothie for 1.  Three servings would be awfully little.  See the photo above?  That's the entire recipe.  This was a nice thick smoothie.  It would be easy to change this up to things you have in your fridge (other fruit/veggie combo drinks, different flavored yogurts, etc.).   

1 c plain nonfat yogurt
1 c pure pomegranate juice, well chilled
1 large banana, thickly sliced
