Now here was a veggie/side dish that I LOVED. The orange butter on this is amazing with the grilled asparagus! I will definitely, definitely be making this one again!!
1 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted
1 Tbsp. fresh orange juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1 lb. thin asparagus spears, trimmed
Finely grated orange zest
1 Tbsp. unsalted butter, melted

In a small bowl combine butter, orange juice, salt and
pepper. Set aside.
Coat asparagus with cooking spray and grill over direct
heat, turning once, until you can see grill marks, about 5 minutes.
Transfer asparagus to a serving platter and brush with
butter mixture. Garnish with orange zest.
