I could probably stop at just the recipe title, since it pretty much sums it all up. I love cauliflower. I roast it all the time. I also love bacon. Enough said.
This really isn't any thing special in the way of side dishes, but I definitely enjoyed it and will be making it to go with my dinners (or lunches) again soon.
1 head cauliflower, cut into small florets
6 cloves garlic, halved
3 strips bacon, cut into bite sized pieces
2 teaspoons olive oil
salt to taste
freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 375F. On a baking sheet, toss together
the cauliflower, garlic slices, bacon and olive oil. Roast for 20 minutes until
bacon is crisp and cauliflower is cooked through. Season with salt and pepper
to taste.
