#2,732: Instant Pot Corn on the Cob

We always make corn on the cob in a pot of boiling water, which is how I started to make this recipe. But we ran out of room in the pot (too much corn!) and we decided to try making the rest in the instant pot.  This corn was done before the ones in the pot of water and tasted the same to us!  It was super easy too!!

4 ears corn on the cob , husks and silk removed (We cut ours in half because we were serving it to kids, but you could leave whole if they fit inside your instant pot)

Pour 1 cup of cold water in the pressure cooker. Place a trivet in the Instant Pot, then place 4 ears of corn on the cob on the trivet. Close the lid and cook at High Pressure for 1 - 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and Quick Release. Open the lid carefully. Serve immediately with butter and salt (or however you like to eat corn!).
