#2,729: Marinated Grilled Chicken

We do a lot of grilling when we are at the lake, and we try to spend as little time in the kitchen as possible.  So I made this marinade right after breakfast and just let the chicken soak in it all day until dinner.  My husband grilled these up for us and said that when you put it on the grill it really makes some flames, so be careful when putting these on the grill.  Our family really enjoyed this recipe and I was happily surprised when the kids kept asking for more!  

To make this marinade simply combine

1 cup brown sugar
1 cup oil
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vinegar

Mix the chicken in the marinade and let it sit in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
