I actually found this recipe in an issue of
Chop Chop magazine which is a good magazine for kids. My kids would not eat this recipe/dressing at
all. I kind of couldn’t blame them. I like the taste of tahini but it is definitely
a taste you like or not. I would eat
this again, but probably wouldn’t make it too often because it is so high in
fat and calories. But for a change of
pace, I did enjoy this recipe.
1⁄2 cup tahini (sesame seed paste)
1⁄3 cup water
1⁄2 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive or canola oil
Put all the ingredients in the jar, put the
lid on tightly and shake, shake, shake.
