The guacamole and pomegranate combo sounds interesting in a good way! I love pomegranates and don't make enough things with them. And I've never tried making homemade guac :)
ReplyDeleteI've done something similar with Saltines but hadn't thought of using Ritz crackers, they do sound good. I had trouble keeping from eating the Saltines, so I guess I'll wait to make your Ranch Ritz crackers when I'm attending a large gathering. They might actually make it there that way.
