1/2 cup white wine
1/4 cup olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 teaspoons pepper
2 pounds bone-in or boneless pork loin chops
Combine all ingredients except pork in a large plastic re-sealable bag. Add pork, seal bag, and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 1 hour to marinate, flipping bag to re-coat meat with marinade every 15 minutes.
Preheat grill to High and lightly oil
grate. Place meat on grill. Cook for
about 7 minutes, then flip and continue to cook for 5 or 6 minutes more. Remove
from grill and let stand for 5 minutes, then serve.
