#1,050: Mango Coconut Lime Smoothie
Holy, holy cow is this smoothie good! I will be making my smoothies with coconut milk OFTEN. This was so good my kids TRIED to take it from me (but I wouldn't share) and asked that I make them their own glass of it. I've had it 2 days in a row now for breakfast and tomorrow will be day 3. Delicious.
1 cup fresh chopped, ripe mango
1 frozen banana, cut into chunks
1/2 cup coconut milk (full fat or lite)
1/2 cup water
small handful of ice cubes
zest of 1/2 lime
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately.
