#1,281: Zesty Grilled Chicken

Now here's a recipe I was pretty sure we weren't going to be big fans of, but we ended up all liking!  I wasn't sure it was going to have enough flavor but it did.  It was great on the charcoal grill and I even ate it in the car driving home (cold) for lunch.  I will definitely be making this recipe again.

6-8 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
3 Tbsp minced garlic
1.5 tsp Weber Grill Seasoning - Chicago Steak

Combine chicken breasts, vinegar, garlic, and Chicago Steak seasoning in a large Ziploc bag and shake until ingredients are evenly mixed and seasonings are coating all chicken breasts. Shake bag or turn chicken after a couple of hours for best results.  Let marinate for at least 6 hours.

On a large outdoor grill, cook on medium-high for about 7 minutes per side or until chicken is 165 degrees Fahrenheit.
