#1,536: Skinny pi a colada

Here is a really easy recipe you can throw together in less than a minute, and makes a great lower calorie pina colada.  I loved this and may or may not have had this in the middle of a nice warm (not overly hot) summer day!  :)  I will definitely make this again...and again!

1 cup ice cubes
2 oz (4 tablespoons) coconut rum
2 oz (4 tablespoons) pineapple juice
1 oz (2 tablespoons) fat-free half-and-half (I used almond/cashew milk)

Place ice in blender. Pour remaining ingredients over ice. Cover; blend until smooth.  Pour into glass; serve immediately.
