#786: Perfect Pineapple Dip


I very recently came across this recipe on Pinterest and could not wait to make/try it.  I had everything on hand now that I'm growing green onions in a mason jar on my kitchen counter.  Bonus! 

I didn't have any crushed pineapple so I drained a 20 oz jar of pineapple chunks and threw it with the cream cheese in my food processor. 

You are supposed to serve this with crackers but I ate this with pieces of cut up bell pepper and on top of an English muffin. 

8 oz Fat free Cream Cheese, softened (I used reduced fat)
3/4 can crushed pineapple, drained
4 green onions, chopped
pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients together.  Serve with crackers.
