This apple salad recipe was super easy to make. I used a low carb vanilla bean yogurt and it gave this salad a great flavor. I loved this and would definitely make this again!
6 T. Dannon Light and Fit Vanilla yogurt (I used low carb vanilla bean)
6 T. Cool Whip Free
¼ tsp. ground cinnamon
3 medium apples, chopped
¼ c. dried cranberries
2 T. chopped walnuts
Place apples, cranberries and walnuts in a serving bowl. In a separate bowl, stir together yogurt, Cool Whip and cinnamon. Pour over apple mixture and toss to coat. Sprinkle with more cinnamon if desired.
