Here's another homemade idea I found on Pinterest that I've been eager to try: Cleaning fruit with vinegar.
The recipe says to let it sit for an hour but I don't have time for that. :) SO after about 25 minutes I took my fruit out and rinsed it. No scrubbing, just soaking. It actually worked pretty well. I was happy with how well it came out. Hopefully it truly did help get the residue and pesticides off our fruit!
Fill the sink with cold water. Add 1 cup of vinegar and let soak for 1 hour minutes.
